Yea, I gotta agree with Chris here, He'd only be able to get like 210Mhz max out of his Corsair ValueSelect. Running at 260Mhz overshadows the loss of 15MHz.

No it's the CPU-Z config, does it look like VB at all?

It's variables stored inside the CPU-Z config, one of the 4 files that are with CPU-Z when downloaded

Configuration file (cpuz.ini)

- LabelFontName : Font used for the label boxes.
- LabelFontSize : Size of the font used for the label boxes.
- Sensor : Set to OFF disables sensor chip detection and voltages measurement.
- DMI : Set to OFF disables the DMI (Desktop Management Interface) information. This concerns BIOS vendor and version, motherboard vendor and revision.
- SMBus : Set to OFF disables SMBus information : SPD, and, depending on the hardware, sensoring information.
- VCore : switch voltage report on sensor chip.

210 would be better than running with 185MHz...beyond that like I said if he's using such little Vcore then he should be able to go up the few MHz needed to hit 200
