For cooling I am getting a Zalman 7700CU and some Arctic Silver 5.

This PC will be on 24x7 so I am going to get new fans.

The onboard Abit sound is supose to be GREAT, so I'll go for that, if I don't like it, I'll buy a ZS.

Have you considered a Video Capture Card?

Having the ability to record TV programs to your harddrive for later viewing is awesome. Then you can burn your favorite episodes to DVD.

Also... Have you considered a Remote. Like ATI's remote wonder 2?
