It's the 6600GT that's the big problem. Well I dunno, OC'ing like hell might give it a shot, but I'm not sure.

once you push your card too far, even if it's not necessarily giving glitches on the screen, it won't be able to process as good resulting in lowered scores...it's basically like it needs more voltage to perform accurately at the speed you're pushing it too.

You're going to need to back down your clocks a little bit and I'm pretty sure they'll go back up...I've had the same crap happen to me before

in 05 i scored 6045 with my 6800GT at 436/1.17

yea, without ocing the cards, i hit like almost 11,000. the card overclock helped a lot. The benchmark is not with the cpu oced. I was able to play halflife 2 400mhz oced on the cpu stable. I might get a few more points if i bench it then. And about the 19,000 sombody said befor, lol yea thats gotta be bs. im pushin these cards as hard as they will go, well air cooled at least. to get 19,000 you would have to prolly push the core clock to like 800mhz lol, which then i dont think it would run good. Either that or it will catch on fire

Nope it aint BS i seen someone hitt 17,516 on a video it is a guy from japan.. He OC'd his cards and was using liquid ice to cool his gpu's down....I do know that it is possible....

Look at 3dmark05 and look under users scores and put in 6800Ultra u will see it.

what do u use it for, obviously gaming because of the 2 high end graphics cards, but do u use it for rendering or design work?
