9600pro or 9800?

Hi. I need to buy a new graphics card for my computer to better accomodate (keyword is better accomodate, I know I won't get the best performance possible ) upcoming titles like Age of Empires 3 and Oblivion. I was looking at two different graphics cards on NewEgg:

Sapphire 9600PRO (new)

Sapphire 98000 (refurb/OEM)

I am wondering which one I should get, and also if buying a refurbished card from NewEgg is a good idea or not. I don't have much to spend so that's why I'm looking at these cheaper cards.

Any help would be appreciated.
