amd 64 4000+ max fan -- 3000 oc HELP!!

Well. My fan can run a 4000+ amd 64 max or a fx 53 max (2.4ghz) . I have a 3000 venice which is overclocked to 2.6 ghz. Should I lower it to 2.4 or should i stay.

also. does it matter if its 2 or 3 mhz over the 2.4 limit?

as long as your temperatures are ok, then don't worry about what the MFG. says the fan will cool.

whats a safe temp idle.. 50 degrees C

50C on full load, i would sa less then 40C idle and less then 55C full load is the max
