budget laptop

I, like alot of other students, am looking for a laptop. I would like as small as possible (13" screen maybes) and as cheap as possible (easier said than done) but I would like it to have either a mobile pentium or a amd turion 64 and must have wireless, and 512mb of DDR. im not bothered about hard drive size or exact cpu speed or dvd writing capabilities.

Problem im having is that nowhere has a one with them specifications within my price range. (im buying in the uk) and the max I can afford is £650 (GBP)

Can anyone please suggest anywhere they might of seen one like that within my price range? I dont mind ordering online.

I know you said pentium or amd, but have you thought about an Apple? You can get an Apple iBook for 699 pounds.

ive never really thought about gettin a mac TBH. ive never used one so it would feel abit wrong to spend 700 pounds on something ive got no experience with. Thanks for the advice though.
