I thought about piecing together one for you but I'm to damn lazy to do the research. Sorry.
I don't usually do this but I going to recomend buying a Dell XPS 600 its the newest gaming system from Dell. You can get one with a Pentium 4 and SLI is supported. I'm assuming you are from the UK since some of the sites you linked to were from the UK. So heres a link to Dell's UK site.......

Building a computer takes alot of research and you must know what you are buying before you buy it. Or else you will be left with a very expensive paper weight.
