RAM Speeds

Ok... I can't figure this one out.
Ok I have 2 Gb of OCZ DDR 400 MHZ RAM...
When i boot up, i see 133 MHZ running Dual Channel.

So... Its running DDR but its running slower than supposed to .
I have an ASUS deluxe that runs at 400 Mhz.

what the heck is going on ?

It should be running at 200MHz. Go into your BIOS and set it up correctly.

When I set up the Bios to run at 200 Mhz.. bootup shows 100Mhz... ever heard of that ?

How many sticks of ram 4 x 512 or 2 x 1 GB ?

Have you tried taking out half the RAM and seeing if it will run @ 200?

I have 2 sticks, and no i haven't.

open up CPU-Z and go to the memory tab and see what it's running at.

Hell if you don't mind get a screenshot of the main tab and the memory tab and post em

www.cpuid.com is where you can download it.

CPU-Z just gives some basic computer info...clock speed, memory speed timings and it'll also tell Vcore, what processor you have, what core it has, multiplier, things like that
