Neo 2 platinum compatible heatsink

I'm looking for a good heatsink for the neo2 platinum mobo that doesn't require me pulling the mobo, Cause I'm no techie. Any suggestions would be helpful, I did a search but no answers. Thank you in advance for any help.

thermaltake venus 12. got that in my neo2, cant use the zalman doesnt fit. so this is what i went for. pretyt good 28C idle for me and 35C full load

Is it easy to install? I have the stock one on right now and i was wondering if I'll have to pull the motherboard or anything, or can i just pull the metal off and put this one on?
