windows xp to media centre

i am from india mumbai.i have our normal desktop computer with p4,256mb ram,80 gb hdd,nvidia geforce4 mx4000 graphics card.I wanted to ask you people that is it possible to convert a normal desktop pc to media centre or is there any graphics card which can give me geforce4 + tv tuner.i am asking this question because i want to watch tv on my pc and play games like half-life2 or gta san andreas or prince of persia warrior within.i guess you understood my question.

Or, you can just buy a cheap ATI All-In-Wonder 8500 or something to replace your MX4000. the ATI all-in-wonder cards are fantastic for media center PC's.
