ok heres the list of my parts, which PSU would you guys recommend and how many watts?

OCZ powerstream, around 130 at newegg dont check the wattage check the amps, you want at least 20+ on the +12volt line.

420 sounds like too little, i'll spend the extra 20 and get the 520 cause i'll probably do a lot of upgrading in the future i'd like to just get a good PSU now.

theres also a 200 dollar psu at monarch, the SLi ready OCZ with adjustable rails and stuff...

i probably won't go SLi but would it be good anyway? whats the advantage of adjustable rails?
