More clues to my problem

okay i was able to find out what the message is sayin

It says :

"A problem has been dectected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

The problem seems to be caused by the following file nv4_disp

The device driver got stuck in an infinite loop this usually indicates problem with the deivce itself or with the device driver programming."

has anyone seen this b4? and might no how to fix it? thanks for ur time

i think that is an nvidia display driver.

what graphics card do you have? try installing new drivers

It would have to be removed from safe mode if that will boot. I dont think it loads display drivers in safe mode since you can only use 2 settings. I dont remember if you said if you can get into safe mode or not. If not then i dont know how to fix this. It wont be able to be deleted from a command prompt or anything like that. Maybe a Repair install to remove the drivers and install generic M$ ones would work.

I think its part of the NVidia Desktop display. Either uninstall desktop display or go into safe mode and reinstall the drivers.
