Well, it sure looks like I've finally found a community of like minded individuals here! Can't wait to get to know folks.
A little about me....
I own an internet cafe/pc repair business in Taupo, NZ. Running on ADSL, I have 20 public machines (can fit another 5 into the shop) and 3 to drive goings on, including a Linux server so finely tuned that other cafe's on ADSL are considered slow! Not my doing. I had God (aka William) do that fine work for me. I haven't a clue about PERL.
My talents are more focused on virus detection/removal, system security, settings/hardware woes, and web development. I just bought a book on java which should keep me busy for a while, but I'm real keen to learn the true nuts 'n bolts of app. development.... good old assembly.
Yeah, I'm a sucker for punishment. lol
