Anarchy Online - EVE Online - Matrix Online - StarWars Galaxies

Currently i playing Star Wars Galaxies. Please note, that I actually do enjoy the game. I do like how how you mix and match the professions. And I am more of a fan of Sci-Fi over Fantasy.

I am getting the sh!ts with the continuing down time that I have been experencing. Especially on the server i play one (BRIA*).

* Bria does have the better population for Australian players. A lot of the other servers are mainly populated with Americans which are in another Time Zone. And if I really wanted to play on an empty server, I might as well play KOTOR.

Anyways, I am giving SOE 4 to 6 weeks to get their figure out of there butt about this improving the situation**.
** The extra downtime being experience in the last 2 months has only been new.There is rumor about a massive inactive player purge. But it's a rumor at this stage.

So Iam thinking about looking at one of the following MMOLRPGs.
- Anarchy Online http://www.anarchy-online.com/
- E.V.E Online http://www.eve-online.com/
- Matrix Online http://thematrixonline.station.sony.com/

Comments and suggestions plz.

Try City of Villains for a change from the 'norm' or if your PC can handle it go for EQ2. RESIST WORLD OF NOOBCRAFT!

However, from your list i am going to say EVE, as its got the potential to be interesting for a long time.

I spent about 2 hours patching last night. I start playing, and i was less than impressed. If i was not waiting for the SWG Bria Server to reset last night, I would of been really pissed off.

I did not like the interface.
I definiatly did not like the graphics.

In fact, I think I will glady put up with the problems with the Bria Server as appose to playing Anarchy Online.

I now have EVE Online which I will try tomorrow night.

Try City of Villains for a change from the 'norm'

I was looking at that. But but currently I am in more of a mood to have a look at some thing with a Trial Account. Money is just a little tight right now.

Thank you for reminding me about that one. I will give that game some thought.

What the difference between City Of Heroes and City Of Villains. Is City Of Villains just an expansion for City Of Heroes?

Oh I forgot. No city of villains is not an expansion. Its a standalone game.
