ATI graphics card help!

I uninstalled the old driver, and installed the new one. after the re-boot its worked fine for a few minites, but then the screen went black (like i turned of the monator) and came back on a few seconds later and its was back to being slow. how do i fix this?

Sounds like you might want to rebuild your system. Hate to say it, but sometimes you have to give in to the Evil Computer Spirits...

ALL fixed!

I formated and reinstalled and now everything works like a charm.
