Hi:
Earlier today my computer froze so I reset the computer, when I did this the system failed to recognize the primary master ide drive. I in turn opened the case and checked the power cords on the drives closed the case and restarted the computer then it failed to recognize both the primary master and the primary slave. I shut it down again and hooked up my backup drive and it booted right up. The are twin western digital 200 gig drives. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
