IE text HUGE all of a sudden?

Out of no where, the text on certain web pages i visit (yahoo, google, xanga) as well as this page, have became a lot larger font sized than normal...i was wondering how this happened, and how do i fix this?
*note* not all websites i visit have this problem (weather.com)
