Both look almost the same to me, anyway can someone confirm these specs ... then I'll move on to the TV tuners.

1.) no need for HT, you're only doing one thing at a time that's memory consuming..right?
2.) specs look right...what's a MaxlineIII?
3.) i'd rather go for a mobo with a via or nforce chipset....but SiS should be fine
4.) that TV link is down!!!
