When I delete a folder, it does not go to the recycle bin. When I go to the recycle bin properties, there is no option there to send anything to the recycle bin. When I right click on the recycle bin, there is no option to empty it. How can I restore it to the way it is supposed to work?

I have the recycle bin disabled in Norton and use the standard recycle bin.
I have it repaired now. Found a way in another forum to repair it. If anyone needs to know about it, just reply and I will post what I had to do.

Yes, norton does over-take your bin. It keeps you from deleting any important files and monitors everything. It's pretty useful but can become a slight annoyance if your used to just deleting everything at the click of your mouse. Personally I delete stuff and when my Windows Cleaner runs it wipes everything out for me anyway.
