Necessary Startups?

Hi,
I am now checking the startup apps in Windows XP Professional and I am not sure whether these services are needed:
KernalFaultCheck: dumprep 0 -k
Synchronization Manager: mobsync.exe /logon
Winlogon Userint: userint.exe

The first two are not necessary processes and can be disabled

Winlogon is, leave that one alone.

You in the startup folder of msconfig? If so, you dont' need them. I have the same entries and I have them unchecked.

Yes I am in the startup folder of msconfig. (All three are in there)
