I have a problem with my new computer's power supply.

I just built my first computer (I built it without a case, using fairly old parts) 80 MB Ram, 8 GB hd, 5 GB hd, 200 w power supply, and celeron processor. The problem is, since I don't have a case for it, I don't have a power switch and since I turned it off for the first time, I havn't been able to get it to go back on. Can somebody give me a cheap/free solution to this problem?

Find a power switch, make your own w/e.

Their are two pin's that need to be shorted together to start / shutdown the PC, attatch any switch to here.
