This is damned good. Don't listen to this if you want to overclock or not thing, the parts are virtually the same. Their's no reason to switch from a good DFI board to an equally priced crappy Asus board if you dont want to ever overclock, like some guy suggested.
One change to this build I would do, is getting larger hard drives, and possibly putting them in a RAID array. This is really up to you, you could be a guy who installs a few games, or a guy who has some half terabyte anime / porn collection.
Having that good of ram in that build is unnesscary. However instead of using a gig, I recomend finding a cheap 2x 1GB kit of ram nowadays with games like FEAR and BF2 using over a gig of ram.
Also, I recomend buying a DFI SLI-DR instead of an Ultra-D if you have this much money. If you want to go SLI, you can with the SLi-DR board
