Trying to decide between PQI turbo (2x512MB) or a corsair valueselect (2x512MB) both would be around the same price of $90.00 since PQI turbo has a $30 mail-in rebate right now.

But I don't know which one is better overall and also if PQI turbo is compatible with a gigabyte K8NSC-939 and a AMD athlon 64 3000+ system?

Anybody have it and know for sure if it's compatible and how well it works??

thank you!

PQI is by far better.

PZEROFGH, why do you recomend corsair if your not gaming, do you have a valid reason to back up this?

I agree with the DJ... only thing is they wont be spectacular overclockers because they are TCCD.

Huh? Name a chip that's better than Samsung TCCDs then...

Exactly, what do you mean they won't be spectacular overclockers? People are tripping over themselves trying to get TCCD memory.

TCC5 actually, and it's better to have more ram than a few more mhz for a gamer :)
