if your motherboard supports PCE-e you can but i can tell you now that wont sell for under $300 (i dont know us prices but this card is worth $700+ in Australia)

Whats your motherboard? If it has a PCIexpress x16 slot, then yea you can put it in there. Its the best video card out there right now and is worth $600 USD.

That is the best graphics card out yet. Other than the 7800 gtx. You could go for a 6600 gt that will cost about 150 usd and is pretty good.

6600gt and 6800's are good cards for good prices. You'll be fine with either of those 6 series.

Just make sure you have an AGP slot.
