2GB Ram - 512 X 4 or 2 X 1gb??

Obviously if im asking about 512X4, then there are 4 ram slots available....like most modern mboards.

Hes exactly right, and theres alos the point about upgradeability. OH yes and the more ram sticks u have the slower it actually gose. I know that is a fact but i dont know why, i think its something to do with memory bandwidth.

if you want to overclock, definitly get 512s, as gig sticks absoultely suck for overclocking
