need a gfx card for a low end rig cost needs to be sub $80 in canadian dollars. Would like it to be from ncix.com if at all possible

A Radeon 9500 Pro would suit you very well. You can get a used one for around $50-60 and those last a long time.

I can still play HL2 with mine.

Yea, that last post he made was a good one. I've seen him make one other good post, it was on one of my topics. I seriously think that he's two different people.
