Outlook Event Reminders

Hello.

Is there anyway to make Outlook so that the reminders popup even if the program is closed? It seems that only the reminders pop up if the program is running.

For example, I didnt use it all summer long, and I opened it today and I had reminders from 12 weeks ago go off.

Basically, I just want it to be able to pop up on the desktop or something to remind me of things if I have forgotten, etc.

I don't think so, if the pop up thing belongs to the main program and its not running then they won't run maybe u could google a stand alone program that only does that.

Hmm... I guess, that it couldn't be done. But I can only suggest you to use another reminding program. I like Rainlendar.
