Four things;

1.) What are you going to be using the PC for? If gaming, list some games you'd like to play with it.

2.) The first one looks best right now.

3.) If gaming, get atleast 1GB RAM.

4.) Build it yourself. You can save Hundreds of $AUS.
 
heavy duty gamer as well as graphic designer work.

Playing at the moment- Farcry, Battlefield 2, Doom 3, as well as BF 42, Vietnam and Dawn of War

I got about an extra 400 on top for monitor (CRT most likely) and XP home
