I thought you liked the case and psu that you suggested:
Antec PERFORMANCE TX TX1050B Black Steel Server Computer Case 500W ATX12V v2.0 Power Supply - Retail

you think i should get something different than that?

That was a recommendation for a case/psu combo, to save you money. Antec is a great brand of cases and psu's. You could easily spend more than double that getting the case and psu serperately. And now looks like PZ likes it too, and it does have a 24 pin connector, so get that case.

How do you tell how hot your computer is getting. Do i need to buy some kind of thermometer things or do some come with the hardware I am getting? I know nothing about it so all info is great.

Do I need to buy some kind of extra cooling or would I be ok with the Antec case/psu combo you suggested vaderpro?

I heard on another forum that the Antec case is a full tower case and some of my component's wires might not be long enough or something like that. Any ideas? do i need to buy extra or new cables or something? please post a link to whatever i would need if you can. thanks

There are programs to read the temps which are free, such as rivatuner, pcwizard. It would be better to add an intake fan to that case. I know alot of high end gaming pcs have like 1 intake fan and 2 exhaust, but they usually overclock .....U could definatly add an intake fan and then u could get a seperate gpu cooler and cpu cooler if they were needed.

Well i think the issue here is if you bought a case and then a seperate psu and then u find out the psu wiring doesn't reach your components. Because that is a combo unit i wouldnt imagine any issues with that.

Can you post a link for the things u were suggesting the intake fan, gpu cooler, cpu cooler so i can take a look at what you are talking about?

Heres the details on that case. You can add 2 80mm intake and 1 more 80mm exhaust fan.

http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=61050

Fan:

or these for quieter fans:

These are the best gpu and cpu coolers. But dont buy them unless you have temp isssues or start overclocking.

i say have the stock cooling on the gpu and add the 2 80mm intake and defintely 1 80 outtake, and you can eithe rbuy the xalman 7700cu for around 50 bucks or the thermaltake venus 12 for around 36 which is also good
