Well taking my PC back today...

After having so much trouble with it i'm just going to take it back and get a new one

what would have whent wrong? and what should i ask for to prevent this from happening again?

and for those who don't know it crashes every 2 min or so....

Probably it was a bad build. Take it back and have another company build you one.
