Give full OC spec settings (ie HTT, multi, etc) and it might help. One thing off hand to check to see if you have RAM freq on some sort of auto setting. I have seen boards that automatically adjust RAM:FSB ratios when you increase the FSB to keep the RAM from OC'ing. You might need to check and make sure you have it set to manual.
