yes, be aware to take a right step.
I used so many free spam blocking tools.. but was not happy. Now i'm with BSpam : www.bspam.com , yet I have some spams coming around.. Just deleting them...

I've done the unsuscribe before on certain spam emails I've received, mostly because I knew they were legit companies. I wouldn't recommend trying to unsuscribe from spam emails when you have absolutely no clue where they came from, just add those to your block list (spam filters are now industry standard in virtually all email systems, both paid for and free).
