Yea, sure they do.
You have to do some searching but I was able to find one for a resort a while ago. They wanted to place a touch-screen POS machine outside by the pool, so that guests could get drunk, swim, and take chances. The trick is to locate a LCD screen that has enough of a contrast ratio to handle this sort of brightness. Also, the NIT measurement needs to be fairly high. A normal notebook NIT is around 250 or so. The NIT for an outdoor/readable in direct sunlight is about 1000 or higher. So, the main 2 things you are looking for is:
Contrast ratio of 5:1 or better
NIT of 1000 or better.
