Good Graphics Card??

I'm looking at a pretty good PC and the graphics card that comes with it is the ATI Fire GL V3100.

Just wandering if this G-Card is good for gaming.

I pretty sure the Fire GL V3100 is ment to be a professional video card. What this mean is it not ment for gamming.
