Should i need to validate windows everytime i download from microsoft ?

Hi everytime i download a file from microsoft it says click continues to validate windows should this happen all the time or should it only happens once and once only then you are validated ? and if so how do i stop this from happening i use Maxthon browser just for the tabbed look

If you download from them yes they will check everytime. There is no way around it if you are downloading directly form the M$ site. So if you want something from them you will just have to use IE and get it. I have the same issue with my Firefox.
