LMFAO wow thats jsut something you dont see everyday. A E-Machine witha 3200, for you seems great. but if you know how yo build that build from damasta55r would be great for you.
Ya I would say just keep your current computer and if your really tight on cash just put another 128mb of ram in if your just web browsing and checking email etc but I would say add 256 or 512mb ram just to be safe. you could also use a bigger hard drive for photo editing and videos etc.
