What would be a better videocard to put in my computer?

Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 64MB.... or ...
XFX Geforce FX 5200 128MB ?

I'm just using the computer for Internet, word processing, downloading music...etc... I occasionally play an older game, like Call of Duty or Medal of honor.
