Is VisionTek a good card manufacturer?

Newegg lists the VisionTek XTASY X850XT PE retail for $376 compared to their next retail card which is at $404 by Sapphire.

Same card.. maybe I'm overlooking something?

Very good company, had a computer with a 9550 by them, would OC and did a very good job. Would recommend.
