Problem my friend has

I recently installed norton anti virus and it stopped me goin online, even though i set norton anti virus to alow AOL... anyway, it ended up crashin and when i start the computer up again, this message comes up to turn on safe mode and no matter which option i choose, the computer restarts an comes bak to that page again, so in other words, my computers messed up.

Anyone know how to solve this

so your using win 98 (As that's the only computer i remember having wierd problems)..? That was the first OS i learnt how to reformat.. You prob need to reinstall win 98, but someone else here might have a better solution

It could be AOL is causing the problem. i know that the security edition of AOl was nasty and crashed a lot of system. You are going to either have to do a repair or format and reinstall. That is the only thing you can do if it wont allow you to get into safe mode or any other mode to try and fix the problem.
