Ok i just got windows XP and this printer worked for a few days then all of a sudden it doesn't see it..

i've tryed installed new drivers, i've done everything i could think of

what can i do to make this work?

i look at status and it says "offline"

its pluged in the USB.... and its on just the PC doesn't see it...

chance are that the Printer isn't correctly sending a signal if it is at all.

Try taking the bugger back, ask for an exchange. Accept nothing else, otherwise they may find out you didn't turn it on at the switch on the back.

And WTF my sig was ok last time i was here! (few months ago mind you)
