water cooling

ok... so i am building my own comp and i am considering water cooling over the normal fans continuously blowing air over all of the components that generate heat. Any knowledge about water cooling would be good. And if this is just a complete waist of my time please tell me since this would be my first time building my own computer. And i am going to be running a p4 at least at 2.8 GHZ, and ATI RAEDON 9800 PRO 256MB if that helps any.

i find it very intersting, although i agree i wouldnt recommend it as a first time builder
