no, get a separate PSU from a reputable company instead of the one in your case- use that one (the one in your case) as a spare in the unlikely event that yours breaks.

that mobo you suggested first was the wrong choice if you are not planning on two 6600GTs

For motherboards I would go with Gigabyte or DFI-Lanparty for AMD, nothing else, but thats just my .02 from expierence.

The MSI mobo is quite good, i own one myself. It just has one quirk...it cant handle 3 or 4 sticks of DDR 400. DDR 333, yes, but not DDR 400. So if u want 2 gigs, go with 2x gig sticks
