Buying LCD monitor in Canada

Just wondering if anyone knows any good sites/stores who sell reasonably good priced LCD monitors to canadians. I am looking into getting a 19" Samsung (which i believe is the best in terms of LCD displays). I am looking at a monitor no more than 12ms with at least 600:1 contrast ratio and it must have digital input.
Samsung 930B is probably my best bet. Any other opinions?

This place ships out of B.C, and I find their prices very reasonable. Although, I have no experience with them.
