I did set my BIOS back to default settings didn't work and after flashing my BIOS same thing.

I did get it fixed tho YAY! Thanks for all the suggestions.
I ended up putting my hard drive into a PC that does work. I was able to use an XP cd and get into the repair console without getting the NTKRLMP.EXE error. Ran chkdsk -r found and fixed errors and then booted up fine.

I then put the HD back into my PC and booted off the XP cd no NTKRLMP.EXE error and got to repair console. ran chkdsk -r again found no errors.

Installing MS updates now. So I am good to go for now LOL.
