Is this computer good for the money

Not all the XMS is that bad. I was looking the other day and some of the XMS had TCCD's some didn't =/

But when I was looking, the XMS was the cheapest TCCD's at Newegg.

But, consider whether you will be OC'ing or not. If not save money, get some value ram. You might save enough to bump the gfx card to the 6800GT which would be a HUGE boost in gaming.

the Aspire may have a lot of amps on the +12 V, but i personally dont think the Aspire PSUs are very reliable, or very well built. The Thermaltake Tr2 24 pin PSU is also good.

And if ur not OCing, get some value RAM
