I plan to Overclock this baby so thats a plus here . So which one should i get that will do the best for me, and also my case gets pretty hot so should i and which cooling device should i get.

I have EVGA its beautiful. And I hear horrible things of XFX here on tech forums. But I do not know from experiance.

evga is one of the best ones. It comes with good cooling on the stock card. If your gona consider getting 3rd party cooling, look at the NV silencers. I got one for my evga 6800GT, temps dropped like mad

eVGA or Leadtek, or even BFG for the warranty.
