best performance wanted

what are the best settings for me to use to get maximum performance from my cpu with out overclocking. here are some things i found about my board.

CPU Frequency Select : 100 ~ 227 at 1Mhz stepping
CPU Ratio Select : auto, 6x ~ 14x
CPU Voltage Auto, 1.75v ~ 1.850v at 0.025v intervals

alright well with the mb i have and the processor i have what should i set my multiplier stuff to so that it runs at what it should?

Just set it all to "auto", you'll be fine...
