My Computer Pic

hey i once learnt how to do this before but i forgot for some reason i want to know how to do it again and im not really sure if this thread should be in here but here goes...umm its how to change the pic when you right click my computer and properties and then u get two pics one up top and one at the bottom, one on top is windows logo for me and the one underneath is toshiba, well the one at the bottom usually shows the brand of the pc u got..some dell ppl might see this.. well the bottom one i think can be changed but i just can remember it. can you help me here..
