This error message pops up when i turn my computer on. What does it mean exactly?

"No SiI controller was found in the system. Press the button to exit the application."

First off, what program is this? You can't just drop in from the blue and say "I press a button and get an error."

Second, have you tried Googling this? Or, assuming this is on a Windows machine, entered this exact error message into the search on the Microsoft website? They maintain a very good knowledge base.

This brings to mind your motherboard's chipset. Do you have the correct drivers installed? Are you trying to access a feature your chipset does not support?
 
it just appears as soon as i log in.
