Cable Sleeving...

Well after I get my 2nd build done I was thinking about trying out cable sleeving. I wouldn't mind spending 2-3 hrs working on it to hide cables. But are there any guides on how to do it? I am kind of lost, and I don't know how much tubing to get or how wide the diameter should be, argh.
